The License Agreement available for EASEUS Todo Backup is applicable for home use, noncommercial, small business and enterprises for their special needs. Every user must agree with this license term for the usage of EASEUS software, so, please read carefully before using the software. All rights reserved.

Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd, the developer of EASEUS Todo Backup. This agreement governs your use of the software.

CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd exclusively owns all copyrights of EASEUS Todo Backup 1.1.

EASEUS Todo Backup 1.1 may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person may charge a fee for the distribution of EASEUS Todo Backup 1.1 without written permission from the copyright holder.

EASEUS Todo Backup IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Support will only be provided by e-mail. Queries regarding the installation and use of the software should be submitted by e-mail to support@todo-backup.com. Requests for additional features and enhancements should be submitted by e-mail to support@todo-backup.com. We will attempt to implement all reasonable requests but is not obliged to implement it.

RESERVATION

CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd has the right to change the product. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd reserves all rights that are not expressly granted here.

Installing and using EASEUS Todo Backup 1.1 signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove EASEUS Todo Backup files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
